The Utah Health Information Management Association’s mission is to foster the professional development of UHIMA members through education, certification, and life-long learning to promote quality health information for the benefit of the public, health care consumers, providers and other users of healthcare data.

UHIMA represents health information professionals from the state of Utah who are committed to excellence in the management and use of health information. We are seeking sponsors/exhibitors to participate at the UHIMA Vendor booth. Please consider joining the Utah HIM professionals and share your company with the top professionals in our state.

Exhibitor Details

• Exhibitor Fee = $850.00
  (Payments must be made prior to conference or booth space will be denied)
• Exhibitor Fee Includes: o Draped table in exhibit area (outside of meeting rooms)
  • One 110 V Power Outlet (prearranged)
  • Company name listed in event day program guide
  • 2 free attendee passes to conference
    • Additional attendees will need to pay the $30 per person food charge
  • Opportunity to provide a Raffle prize for handout at the conference

  • The vendor area will be in a separate area, in the same location as the breaks and meal services
  • Table booth numbers will be assigned on a first reserved basis
  • Table top displays only! We cannot accommodate booth structures in our exhibit area
  • Internet Wireless available at no cost.
  • In addition to a tabletop in the exhibit area, you can achieve greater visibility by sponsoring a break or meal. These sponsorships are great opportunities, but quantities are limited. This will be a great event for networking with Healthcare decision-makers.

If you are unable to sponsor the conference, but your company would like to provide a raffle prize, let us know and we will ensure that you get visibility for your donation.

Registration

Registration will close at 11:59 PM MT on April 30, 2023.

When you register online, you will have the option to pay by mail with a check or pay online with a credit card (AMEX, Discover, Mastercard, or Visa). You will receive two emails once you join – 1) a confirmation email and 2) a registration statement email which serves as your receipt (if you paid by credit card) or invoice (if you plan to pay by check).
