The Utah Health Information Management Association’s mission is to foster the professional development of UHIMA members through education, certification, and life-long learning to promote quality health information for the benefit of the public, health care consumers, providers and other users of healthcare data.
UHIMA represents health information professionals from the state of Utah who are committed to excellence in the management and use of health information.

If you are unable to sponsor the conference, but your company would like to provide a raffle prize, let us know and we will ensure that you get visibility for your donation.
Company Logo & Description
On the registration form, please submit your company logo (one that does not distort when enlarged) and the description of your company (50 words or less) that will appear in the conference handouts. As a sponsor your company logo must be received no later than July 31, 2018 to be included on printed materials.

Note: Payments must be made prior to conference or booth space will be denied. Cancellations received 30 days prior to the event will receive a full refund of the sponsorship fee. Cancellations received within 30 days will forfeit the entire sponsorship fee. All cancellations must be in writing.

When you register online, you will have the option to pay by mail with a check or pay online with a credit card (AMEX, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover).
If you are paying by check, select “mail a check” under payment options. You will later see instructions to print the confirmation page and mail your payment to KnowledgeConnex. The mailing address will be on the invoice. Make your check payable to KnowledgeConnex and include the confirmation/order number with the check. Checks that do not reference the confirmation number will be returned to you and will not be applied to the registration.
